During my journey at PUC-SP's Interaction Design program, I was challenged to develop my first UX/UI project. This challenge took place in the second semester of the course, in a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) environment, where each module was structured as a complete end-to-end project.

The project ran from April to June 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite having no professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, this project provided me with invaluable learning experiences. In this article, I will share my creative process, the methods I used, the challenges I faced, and the lessons I learned.
Why this project deserves a Spot in My Portfolio?
This case study is a comprehensive UX/UI design project, covering the entire process from discovery and research to prototyping and iteration. It demonstrates not only technical skills but also strategic thinking, adaptability, and teamwork.
What makes this project stand out?
✔ Structured methods for problem discovery and validation.
✔ Creation of efficient navigation flows and iterative prototypes.
✔ Usability testing and implementation of improvements based on real feedback.
✔ A modern, minimalist visual identity aligned with the app's purpose.
✔ User experience adaptation based on real data and observations.

Project Overview
The challenge proposed by the course was to develop an app from scratch to solve a real-world problem using the methodologies and frameworks learned in class, such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, and others. Each team, consisting of five members, had to conceive, validate, and prototype a digital product, ensuring that the design was based on user research and insights.
